I adore this song…. its just, beautiful – very elegant and such a sweet melody. I took the entire day and enjoyed singing… just simply recorded in my (unpadded) humble office – no sound equipment – just, Garage band and a set of headphones. Thank you dear Sandy…. I adore this song. Its more difficult to sing than it sounds – and as a female version, I pushed myself to hit those high notes – and it took some doing to get it to a point I am happy with (for this effort at least!). This song speaks to me of the perfection of ‘chance’ in the scheme of our lives.. for nothing is by chance… not when one looks back and reflects on how things work out for us all. Its one of the most elegant of songs, and should be sung with tenderness…. the feeling is of great beauty; and we all need that in our lives. I appreciate your kind comment – and that is exactly how I spent the day singing…. tenderly. Its always a precious day, to be able to sing. xxx jcd.
