I have recently returned from Broken Hill and Silverton, New South Wales, after working as a freelancer on respective projects with Network Ten and Foxtel. Both towns offer superb and unique locations for a variety of film and television productions.

The image above is a sneak preview taken just outside Silverton by actor Hugh Sheridan, during the I Will Survive promotional shoot, for which I was Unit Manager. Sheridan is set to host the new reality show.

After a brief visit home, I returned to Broken Hill as a Runner for Journey Begins, new Foxtel promo.

I always love working in this region of the world and I recommend both Silverton and Broken Hill to other filmmakers. Meanwhile, Tyrian Pearl Productions is considering both locations for future projects.
